Youll own the execution of on-site marketing initiatives that directly impact leasing success and resident retention, while collaborating with a high-energy, creative team that knows how to make things happen./ppCandidate Traits Youre a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments Youre highly organized and can juggle multiple projects at once You have a natural ability to connect with people and build relationships You bring a Get Stuff Done (GSD) mentality to everything you do Youre detail-oriented but never lose sight of the big picture/ppJob Responsibilities Leasing Marketing Execution Drive all on-site marketing efforts with a focus on leasing performance and resident retention Partner with the leasing team to support traffic generation, tours, and conversion goals Execute marketing strategies that align with occupancy and leasing targets Events Community Engagement Lead all on-site and off-site marketing events from ideation to execution and promotion Plan and execute brand partnership events (e.g., fitness classes, local collaborations, community activations) Own the planning, coordination, and reporting of all resident events to enhance the resident experience and retention/ppPartnerships Outreach Act as the primary liaison for Greek life and student organizations Build and maintain relationships through chapter visits, coffee chats, sponsorships, and campus involvement Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic Programs Experience Management Oversee the Content Creator in Residence program, ensuring deliverables are met and aligned with brand standards Manage the Wellness in Residence program, including scheduling, substitutions, and partner accountability Digital Presence Reputation Management Manage property reputation across platforms including Google and Yelp; respond to reviews and implement strategies to improve ratings Own and maintain the Google My Business listing, ensuring accuracy and optimization Email Marketing Plan, write, and execute property email newsletters, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking Marketing Performance Reporting Track and report on marketing performance including lead generation, event ROI, and campaign effectiveness Create post-event recap reports with insights and recommendations for future activations Monitor and grow VIP lists and prospect databases through marketing initiatives Analyze marketing efforts and provide recommendations to improve leasing success and resident retention Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with the Social Media team to promote events and initiatives Assist with on-site content capture to support social storytelling and brand visibility Other Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support events and activations/ppRequirements Education Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred 02 years of experience in marketing, events, brand partnerships, or related field Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals/ppExperience planning events, managing partnerships, or leading campus/student organization initiatives is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Business Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with excellent time management Detail-oriented with the ability to execute at a high level Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude You have experience in student housing, multifamily, or hospitality marketing Youve worked with platforms like Entrata, RealPage, or similar property management systems You have experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic design tools Youve supported brand partnerships or influencer/creator programs You have experience with email marketing platforms or CRM systems/ppBenefits LV Collective offers a collaborative, fun, and flexible work environment inside its beautifully designed office located in Downtown Austin, Texas.
