About the Role Our Client is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to join the Accounting & Finance department in Buena Park, CA. This is a full-time position reporting to the C.F.O. The annual salary range is $110,000.00 to $150,000.00. Requirements Responsibilities

- Prepare and provide timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial statements to the CEO.
- Support and review year-end audit.
- Analyze financial reports and prepare analysis reports for internal meetings.
- Prepare meeting reports for global meetings with affiliates.
- Review and upload IFRS closing entries (quarterly).
- Review employee reimbursement documents.
- Review vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payroll-related expenses; post journal entries.
- Prepare technical memorandums documenting transaction and accounting treatments in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Asset management.
- Work closely with a non-U.S.-based parent company and other affiliated companies.
- Manage cash flows; review and approve cash/borrowing reports.
- Provide cash flow planning, analysis, and project budgeting.
- Coordinate and prepare company tax return and annual audit.
- Forecast annual financial reports.
- Review accounts receivable balances.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- BA/BS with a major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must have strong hands-on experience with SAP (required).
- Previous experience with a major corporation (required).
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and computer skills (required).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (written and verbal) (required).
- Accounting/management background (preferred).
- Data analysis skills or experience (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years' experience required (preferred).
- Experience working in a multi-entity organization (preferred).
