On-Call, Substitute and Temp Therapeutic Aide Starting September 2025 - Baltimore, MD

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a part-time on-call substitute School Based Therapeutic Aide. Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential? Position Highlights:

• Flexible Scheduling: Minimum commitment of 6 days per month
• Availability: Must be able to work during regular school hours and report to different school sites as needed
• Unlimited Earning Potential: No cap on the number of days you can work each month
• Competitive Pay: We offer a very competitive hourly rate

Therapeutic Aide Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Ensure that the client is always in a safe and positive environment.
