HEDIS Abstractor

Responsible for the HEDIS Medical Record Review process, the full-time HEDIS Abstractor and Overreader will accurately review and abstract medical records for compliance with HEDIS measure specifications while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Review and abstract clinical data from electronic medical records according to HEDIS technical specifications Perform overreads of abstracted medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with measures Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support audit preparation and quality reviews Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience with NCQA HEDIS programs and abstraction Proficiency in EMR platforms such as Epic or Cerner High School Diploma or equivalent required Familiarity with Medicare Advantage lines of business and Stars Measures Strong Excel and Adobe skills for data management and documentation
