Job Overview
Meadow Falls of North Royalton is seeking a compassionate and skilled Day Shift Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Day Shift Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administer medications, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, identify and address potential concerns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and established policies
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and reporting
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Attends scheduled shifts and is available to work flexible hours as needed
Requirements
0 years of experience , with a valid nursing license (RN or LPN) and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on quality and patient outcomes
