Commercial Litigation & General Liability Attorney (Remote / AM100 Defense)

Now Hiring: Commercial Litigation & General Liability Attorney Defense-Side | On-Site or Remote | $100K–$275K + Bonus A nationally recognized AM 100 law firm with a strong coast-to-coast platform is expanding its Commercial Litigation & General Liability practice and is actively seeking attorneys to join its defense team. This is a high-visibility opportunity to work on sophisticated matters for regional and national clients — with real responsibility, flexibility, and long-term growth potential . Location Dallas, TX (remote flexibility available with occasional in-office appearances) Compensation & Hours
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $275,000 (DOE)
- Bonus eligible
- Annual Hours Expectation: ~1,900
- National platform with sophisticated litigation matters
- Flexible remote / hybrid work structure
- Broad commercial & general liability caseload (not niche or siloed)
- Strong mentorship, support, and infrastructure
- Clear runway for advancement
- Defending clients in commercial litigation and general liability matters
- Handling cases from pleadings through resolution
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Managing discovery and taking/defending depositions
- Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Working directly with clients and litigation teams
- 1+ year of experience in commercial litigation and/or general liability defense
- Active bar license in good standing (Texas preferred, but not required)
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience with discovery and motion practice
- Deposition experience is a plus (not required)
- Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple matters
