Business Office Manager/Corporate Support

Looking for a qualified person for a unique opportunity located at Continuing Healthcare of Boardman. This new hybrid role is a full time position splitting time between the Business Office Manager for Continuing Healthcare of Boardman and Corporate Accounts Receivable Support role.

The Business Office Manager/Corporate Support is responsible for:
  • The management of the billing and collection of resident accounts
  • Oversee all resident accounts receivable functions including billing, private pay and ancillary billing, cash receipts and account collections.
  • Maintain facility petty cash fund
  • Maintenance of resident trust funds including the reconciliation of the disbursements and deposits.
  • Assist in training new Business Office Managers and Administrative Assistants
Qualifications
  • Must have long term experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment
  • Ability to work well with our team of residents, staff and family members.
  • Experience in a long term care or business office setting required.
Experience and Skills
The Business Office Manager is responsible for:
  • The management of the billing and collection of resident accounts

  • Maintenance of resident trust funds including the reconciliation of RFMS distributions and deposits.
Qualifications:
  • Must have long term care experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well with our team of residents, staff, and family members.
  • Experience in a long term care or business office setting preferred, Medicaid Billing & Insurance experience preferred, A/R collections experience preferred
