No locals MedSurg RN - ASAP starts only!! o Start dates/orientation information: Every Monday o Scheduling/Shifts: manager does the schedule o License required: IN or compact o # beds: 32 o Certs: BLS o Ratios: 5:1 o EMR: Cerner o How they do staff (PCT, CNAs, RNs, team staffing?) RN's and PCT's and US during the day o Weekend Requirement: EOW or 4 weekend shifts a month (days weekends are Sat/Sun, nights Fri/Sat) o Holidays: 2 of 4 o Scrub Color: Navy Blue o Floating Expectations: To units within scope of practice will float to MS or stepdown units when needed General Surgical/Stepdown Trauma/MS overflow/Oncology o Common diagnosis / Types of patients
