Overview The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position's primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, "to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guest". The role supports the Store Manager in running the store effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in managing and directing the efficient operation of the assigned store to maximize sales and profitability. Perform the duties of the Store Manager when necessary. Support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations.
