Special Procedures/Unit Details: Patients participate in 3 hours of therapy daily, combination of PT, OT, & SLP (depending in rehab diagnosis). 1 YEAR REHAB EXPERIENCE IS A HARD STOP. Special Equipment: GolvoSera Steady Roll on #Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO must be included at time of the submission. Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Can only submit to 1 location within the region. Requires specific amount of exp. (ex: 1 or 2 yrs required for submission). Valid CA License in hand. Local radius: 50 Mile Radius Rule Applies. Local rule: accepted at lower BR. Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by. Copy of Certifications. Specific Charting Exp.: Epic. Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler. References Required: 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead. Housing: Please have your traveler look into housing options in the area, as options may be limited. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval. Modules are completed pre-start, and annually. Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts.
