Regional Site Supervisor

Visiting Docs is seeking an experienced and highly organized Regional Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our provider services in Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, Hawthorne, and New City, NY. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for a Medical Assistant who enjoys balancing staff supervision, operational coordination, training, and relationship management. The Regional Site Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that patients receive timely, high-quality care by maintaining appropriate staffing levels, supporting clinical teams, managing facility relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple healthcare facilities. What We Offer Competitive salary: $66,300–$68,000 annually Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday Company-provided cell phone and laptop Travel stipend included Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work from home one day per week after successful completion of 90 days of employment Supportive leadership team with opportunities for professional growth Key Responsibilities Coordinate provider schedules across multiple facilities based on patient volume, facility needs, and available space. Ensure appropriate Medical Assistant coverage at all assigned sites. Approve time off and scheduling requests in accordance with company policy. Supervise, coach, and support Medical Assistant staff. Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and skills remediation as needed. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment purchases and repairs. Provide EMR training and ongoing support to Medical Assistant staff. Monitor documentation quality and accuracy. Collaborate with facility administrators regarding patient care coordination, referrals, documentation, and operational needs. Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members. Conduct regular site visits and maintain strong relationships with facility leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Attend required meetings and participate in quality improvement and operational initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Registered or Certified Medical Assistant preferred; equivalent Medical Assistant experience will be considered. Prior supervisory, healthcare operations, site management, or lead Medical Assistant experience preferred. Strong computer skills and experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically eCW. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Ability to supervise staff both in person and remotely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability and willingness to travel daily to facilities throughout Westchester County, Dutchess County, and Rockland County. Work Environment This position requires frequent travel between healthcare facilities in Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, Hawthorne, and New City, NY.
