Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' relational dynamics and emotional challenges. Use diagnostic tools and standardized assessments to develop comprehensive insights.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, equipping clients with immediate strategies to ensure their safety and the well-being of their family.

• Maintain electronic client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines while safeguarding client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license in the state of Illinois.
