What We’re Looking For Chairside excellence: Experience assisting with restorative and cosmetic procedures preferred. Strong organizational skills: Ability to anticipate, plan, and keep the day running smoothly. Emotional intelligence: A calm, confident, and caring presence for patients. Attention to detail: Pride in clinical precision and patient comfort. Exceptional communication skills: Confident and articulate when dealing with patients. Reliability and integrity: You show up, follow through, and take initiative. Adaptability: Comfortable learning new technologies and protocols. Prior experience in a private dental setting is a plus, especially with complex care, but we’re open to a highly capable candidate who shares our values and commitment to excellence. Minimum requirements are Virginia X-ray certification and 1 year dental assisting experience.
