District Sales Manager - Spirit

Compensation Weekly rate ranges from $1,050 - $1,075 per week and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits Benefits include Repeat DSM Bonus Program, DSM Seasonal Incentive Program. Bonus and Pay programs subject to qualifications. Brand Spirit Halloween Responsibilities & Qualifications The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November. Responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores), including sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions. Duties also include construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores. Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position. Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spirit Halloween
