At Ellie Mental Health – Deerfield/Bannockburn, we're building a high-performing, clinician-centered group practice designed for experienced therapists who want the freedom of private practice without the business headaches. This is not an entry-level role as we're looking for clinicians who are already practicing directly with clients, already trusted, and ready to plug into something bigger with their personal goals.

Who This Is Perfect For

Private practice therapists tired of managing payroll, rent, and insurance headaches Clinicians in group practices who want more support and stronger leadership Community mental health providers ready to reduce burnout Therapists with an active caseload who can transition clients with them Clinicians with strong word-of-mouth referral streams Limited-Time Transition Incentive: Experienced clinicians who join our Bannockburn team may qualify for a transition incentive of up to $3,000. This incentive is designed to support experienced therapists who have built strong client relationships and are seeking a new professional home while maintaining continuity of care for clients who voluntarily choose to continue services with them. Additional terms and eligibility requirements apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide high-quality therapy services to clients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week (full-time)
• Deliver evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Option to provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians

Qualifications and/or Skills:

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD; ALMFT, LSW, or LPC)
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working with children, teens, families, or adults
• Ability to pass a background check
• Existing client base or referral network
• Experience with children, couples and/or family work
• Familiarity with case note documentation and EHR systems
