No Soliciting Bartender PositionNo Soliciting is an exclusive, high-end bourbon bar for members to gather, share stories, enjoy cocktails, and discuss conquering what's next.We are looking for experienced Bartenders to provide exceptional service to our members and their guests. The right person for this role will have extensive experience with craft cocktail development and proficient knowledge of spirits with an emphasis on bourbon.ResponsibilitiesWelcome members and their guests upon arrivalPrepare cocktails using proper technique for consistent executionMaintain expert knowledge of our menu and cocktail recipesAssess and anticipate guests needs, make recommendations accordinglyEnsure confidentiality and professionalism is maintained at all timesRing up accurate tabs in the POS system and process transactions quicklyEncourage and help other team members, assist without having to be askedComplete opening and closing duties – keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanQualificationsHigh-volume and upscale bartending experience requiredPrevious experience working with a fresh bar preferredExpert knowledge of liquor, wine and beer with an emphasis on mixologyDemonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest servicePositive attitude and excellent communication skillsSense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detailMust be able to meet the physical requirements of the position (standing, walking at pace, etc.)Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.Why Rise Brands?Rise Brands is full of diverse, cool people!
