Providing personalized support to students, the full-time Academic and Finance Counselor will guide learners in balancing their academic goals with financial plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor, explaining university policies and financial aid guidelines to students Manage a caseload of students, ensuring proactive communication and support to help them stay on track Facilitate connections to campus resources and monitor academic progress to assist students in achieving their goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three years of experience in advising, student services, or related fields Experience in academic advising and course enrollment within a college or university setting preferred Familiarity with Financial Aid or Title IX regulations preferred Comfortable using technology and multiple communication channels to support students
