Job Description Materials Management Associate - 2nd shift We are hiring a Materials Management Associate for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. As a Materials Management Associate - Receiving, you will be responsible for working as a member on our Core Print Solutions team and will be eligible for $2,500 signing bonus upon being in the role for 90 days. Hours of Work – Eagan, Minnesota 2nd shift – 2:30pm – 10:30pm Occasional overtime up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shifts About the Role: In this opportunity as a Materials Management Associate, you will be responsible for: Driving a powered industrial vehicle (PIV) equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, clamps, or trailer hitch, to safely push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials. Unloading trucks and boxcars, performing goods receipts, cycle counting, and order delivery. Utilizing ERP (SAP) and/or radio frequency (RF) equipment to obtain information or enter transactions regarding material/product movement activities. Actively participating in the company safety program to ensure compliance and contribute to safety culture. Providing data to internal departments as requested. Meeting or exceeding established quality and productivity standards utilizing standard work procedures. Implementing, performing and sustaining housekeeping procedures to maintain work area and equipment. Recommending and implementing process improvements Participating in project teams as needed. Other duties as apparent or assigned. About You: You’re a fit for the role of Materials Management Associate if your background includes: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as load tags, purchase orders, safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Work history demonstrating good work attendance. Previous Forklift certification preferred–will train non-certified applicants according to the latest OSHA rules through classroom and behind the wheel instructions. The base compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation hourly range for this role is $18 USD - $34 USD.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
