Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse Transplant Coordinator
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Transplant Coordinator to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team in El Paso, Texas. This position involves overseeing all facets of care for transplant patients, which encompasses evaluation, education, and ongoing follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate comprehensive care for transplant patients.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding the transplant process.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain precise clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and compassionate care.
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Experience in transplant care or a related field is preferred.
