CNC Operator 2nd Shift Job Category: Manufacturing Requisition Number: CNCOP005099 Posted: June 24, 2026 Full-Time ARCH Medical Solutions - Lehigh Valley [Blandon] Blandon, PA 19510, USA Description In this role, you'll work with state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC equipment in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines to manufacture intricate parts to tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines to produce precision components Interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications including dimensions, tolerances, and tooling requirements Select, secure, and position workpieces using appropriate fixtures and setups Adjust tooling, offsets, and tool compensation to maintain part quality Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Monitor machine operations and verify conformance of finished parts Troubleshoot issues and communicate maintenance or repair needs Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality output What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Experience operating CNC mills or lathes (set-up and programming/editing experience preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Dependable, safety-focused, and able to follow instructions Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and plan ahead Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Work Environment Clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility A place where continuous learning is encouraged Collaborative and team-oriented Fast-paced and innovation-driven Recognizes and celebrates contributions Schedule Monday Friday: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM Optional overtime on Saturdays (as needed) Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental & Vision starting Day One Paid time off & company holidays Competitive 401(k) with company match Quarterly bonus program $3,000 signing BONUS Opportunity for career growth, training, and mentorship Why Join ARCH?
