Ritual Hot Yoga is looking for a Yoga Teacher Training Lead to build and run our 200-hour program.
Ritual Hot Yoga is a business like no other. It is changing the way yoga is practiced, the way yoga teachers are compensated and valued, and the way students interact with the yoga industry.
The YTT Lead owns the teacher training program end to end. You design the curriculum, lead the modules, mentor trainees through their practicum, and send them out ready to teach a real class to a real room. You also help us find the next group of trainees, and you stay with them after graduation as they step onto the schedule.
This is a teaching role first. You keep a regular class schedule alongside the training program, and the hours you spend building curriculum are paid.
What we are looking for
- E-RYT 500 certification with Yoga Alliance, required
- At least three years teaching, ideally including hot or heated formats
- Experience leading trainings, workshops or continuing education
- Comfort with a syllabus, a schedule and a cohort of adult learners
- Working knowledge of anatomy, sequencing, cueing and hands-on assists
- Someone people want to learn from
What the job looks like
- Lead the 200-hour training cohorts start to finish
- Write and maintain the curriculum
- Mentor trainees one on one through practicum
- Recruit and interview prospective trainees
- Support new graduates as they step onto the teaching schedule
- Teach your own weekly classes
