Director, Federal Subcontract Management

Aecon is seeking a Director, Subcontract Management in Charlotte, NC for a hybrid role. You will lead the federal subcontracts function for DoD/DOE projects, ensuring compliant formation and administration of subcontracts and flow-downs across federal programs. We seek a seasoned leader with 10+ years in subcontracting, strong CAS/FAR knowledge, and experience with DoD/DOE customers. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and PMP preferred.
