SERVPRO of Winchester is looking for a dependable, hardworking Restoration Technician who is eager to work and ready to build a career in the restoration industry. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and helping people in their time of need, we want to meet you. This is a full-time, hourly position based out of our Winchester office.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies
• Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying
• Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and job site equipment
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professional
• Represent SERVPRO with professionalism and compassion

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Reliable transportation to report daily to the Winchester office
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work on-call shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed)
• Experience in restoration, construction, or handyman work preferred but not required
• IICRC certification is a plus (we will train the right candidate)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
• Comfortable working on ladders, in crawlspaces, attics, or confined spaces
• Ability to safely use restoration equipment and cleaning products
