Experienced Table Games Dealer- $3,500 Hiring Bonus

Description Responsibilities: Individually and personally responsible for customer loyalty and return visitation by building relationships through one of a kind customer interaction. Exchange chips for cash. Calculates odds for payment. Properly operates and conducts games in professional manner. Compliance with all gaming regulations. Protect gaming equipment and company assets. Compliance with all customer service programs implemented by the company. Positive and professional appearance. Promotes positive public relations. Performs other duties as assigned. Physical/Mental Requirements: Working Conditions: Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment, occasionally outdoors. Noise, smoke, and odors. Working with others and independently. Hiring Bonus: Table Game dealers with experience, will receive a $3,500 hiring bonus, broken out as follows.

• 500 paid upon start date.

Qualifications Experience Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming Operations License (preferred) Responsible for compliance in conducting the operation of one or more of the following games: Craps, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, and any variation of the above-mentioned games. (preferred) Ability to demonstrate knowledge and prior training in two or more of the following games: Craps, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, and any variation of the above-mentioned games. (preferred) Ability to successfully complete dealer auditions in the games for which dealer has received training. (preferred) Enthusiastic customer services skills. (preferred) Must be able to speak and understand English. (preferred) Strong mathematical skills. (preferred) Properly trained and licensed. (preferred) One year or more of dealing experience.
