Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location

Ada, Oklahoma

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services primarily within a Medical/Surgical setting
Deliver patient care in an Acute Rehabilitation unit as needed
Float to Acute Rehab unit when required to meet facility staffing needs
Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using the facility's EMR system

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Oklahoma
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Ability to work in both Medical/Surgical and Acute Rehabilitation settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in a Med/Surg or Acute Rehab hospital environment
New graduates with relevant clinical affiliations in acute care or rehabilitation will be considered
Prior travel therapy assignment experience is a plus
