We're currently hiring for January 2027 start dates! Please note that this role is 100% on-site in Kentwood, Michigan.

As a Sales Representative at FWF, you’re not just moving freight – you’re building a career with unlimited earning potential. This position provides comprehensive, paid sales training , hands-on sales experience, and direct exposure to leadership, offering an excellent foundation for ambitious individuals seeking long-term growth. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain a robust book of business through cold-calling and lead generation
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Manage day-to-day shipment tracking, problem resolution, and consistent communication
• Provide consultative transportation solutions to prospective and current clients
• Build long-lasting client relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
• Consistently meet (and exceed) sales quotas and performance goals

Every FWF sales rep begins in-office at our Grand Rapids headquarters, where you’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support while building your book of business. As you grow, you can choose the path that best fits your goals:

• Inside Sales: Continue growing at our headquarters with in-person coaching, advancement opportunities, and earned hybrid flexibility.
• Remote: After demonstrating success, take your established book of business anywhere in the U.S. while maintaining your W-2 status, compensation structure, benefits, and support.
• NEW: Entrepreneurial Path: Experienced, high-performing reps can launch their own LLC and operate independently while leveraging FWF’s technology, operations, and back-office support.
