* Manage and mentor apprentice plumbers and crew members.
* Diagnose plumbing issues and develop effective solutions.
* Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
* Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
* Coordinate materials, equipment, and job site activities to ensure project success.

*Qualifications*

* Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
* Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership abilities.
