Once you're writing $40K in monthly sales, you earn 1% — then 1.5% at $50K, and 2% at $60K and up, with no ceiling. The more you write, the more your rate grows. What you'll do Own the customer relationship from write-up through delivery Present digital inspections and build trust through transparency, not pressure Hit and grow your sales and gross profit targets Keep the lane moving and the customer informed What we're looking for 2+ years as an automotive service advisor (dealership or independent) A track record you can point to — ARO, close ratio, CSI, or sales volume Comfort with technology and digital inspection workflows Someone who sells by telling the truth, not by pushing Availability to work Saturdays What we offer Uncapped tiered commission (1% / 1.5% / 2%) — realistic OTE of $80,000–$95,000+ Health, dental, and vision Paid time off A clear path to GM as we open new locations Interested?
