This role plays a key part in ensuring resident comfort, safety, and well-being.Key ResponsibilitiesObserve residents and report changes in condition or needs to appropriate staffRespond promptly to call lights and resident requestsAssist with admissions, transfers, and dischargesSupport daily living activities and resident care proceduresServe meals and distribute/pick up meal traysCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersAssist with departmental tasks as directed by the supervisorQualificationsActive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification requiredPrevious experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsCompassionate, reliable, and patient-focusedWe are an equal opportunity employer.
