Schedule Night Shift Job Description North Country Hospital is seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery RN, including responsibilities in the Post-Partum and Baby Unit. This role requires adaptability to float to other units and manage overflow from the Progressive Care Unit. Candidates should be prepared to provide high-quality nursing care in a Critical Access Hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
- Support mothers during post-partum recovery and care for newborns.
- Float to other nursing units as needed to support hospital operations.
- Manage overflow from the Progressive Care Unit.
- Participate in department quarterly education sessions.
- Active RN license.
- Experience in Labor & Delivery and post-partum care preferred.
