Job-ID: 42712Category: FinanceLocation: Estero, FL, United StatesSchedule: Full timeContract: RegularOpenings: 1Posted: 2026-09-17Closes: 2026-10-21Remote: RemoteThe Manager Analytics & Insights will be responsible for analyzing data related to fleet management, ancillary product engagement, customer lifetime management, and operations to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.What You’ll Do:· Support data initiatives in the rental cart industry by providing actionable insights that enhance fleet management, optimize pricing strategies, improve customer experiences, and drive operation efficiency.· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide insights to key stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.· Use data to understand customer behavior and preferences, identifying areas to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.· Work with operations teams to identify and implement opportunities for processimprovements and cost reductions.· Assist in analyzing market trends and customer demand to support growth and fleet strategies that maximize profit.· Collaborate with the Fleet Management team to optimize vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and acquisition strategies through data-driven insights.· Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Finance to provide analytical support and ensure alignment with business goals.· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis, promoting best practices in data management.· Work closely with the Director of Analytics and Insights to execute the analytics strategy and mentor junior analysts in the team.· Position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.What We’re Looking For:· A bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in data science, statistics, business analytics or related field and 5 years of experience as a Manager Analytics & Insights or related position performing data analysis, business intelligence, and model building, within the rental car industry or the travel sector. In the alternative, Hertz will accept a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 3 years of experience.· Experience with data analysis and modeling tools - Data analysis and modeling tools -- SQL, Python, Excel and R.· Experience with Data visualization platforms -- Tableau or Power BI.· Experience using statistical software to analyze data trends.· Experience working within PROS revenue management system.About the companyThe Hertz Corporation operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental brands in approximately 9,700 corporate and franchisee locations throughout North America, Europe, The Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
