Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to work safely and properly follow all company policies
Ability to be self-directed, with minimal supervision
Basic computer and basic mathematics skills
Must be able to use proper Personal Protective Equipment as required

Responsibilities

Efficiently batches concrete with proper mix and making necessary raw material adjustments
Responsible for the day-to-day plant maintenance
Effectively communicates with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
Perform daily plant and equipment inspections
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and company policies and procedures
