What we're looking for:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates considered
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Key responsibilities:
• Provide assessment and therapeutic intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's abilities
• Consult with educators, administrators, and family members to maximize student progress
• Track and document progress, adapting intervention strategies as needed
• Conduct screenings, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Promote inclusive practices and contribute to a positive learning environment
