Infusion Nurse

We are actively hiring an Infusion Nurse (Oncology) to support our Valkyrie Clinical Trials Denver, Colorado site. Location: Onsite FLSA: Non-Exempt Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week Compensation: $42.00 - $57.00 per hour (depending on experience) Essential Job Functions: AdheretoGoodClinicalPractice(GCP)andallapplicableregulatoryrequirements. PerformIVinfusionand IM/SQ injectionsofblindedandunblindedinvestigationalproductsaccordingtostudyprotocols, Obtainbloodspecimensandotherbiologicalsamplesfromstudyparticipants/patientsfollowingproper clinical procedures. EnsureaccurateandtimelysourcedocumentationincompliancewithGCPandsponsorguidelines. Monitorparticipants/patientsforinfusion reactions andadverseeventsandreportand documentfindingsperprotocol,regulatoryrequirements, and site SOPs. Maintainconfidentialityandintegrityofstudydataandallparticipant/patientinformation. Collaboratewithinvestigators,studycoordinators,pharmacy,andotherclinicalstafftoensureprotocolcompliance. Participateintrainingsessionsandmaintaincurrentknowledgeofclinicaltrialproceduresand safety standards. RepresentFlourishResearchinaprofessionalandcourteousmanner(verbal,writtenandin appearance)wheninteractingwithallstaff,clients,andvendors. Additionaldutiesasassignedbymanagement. Communicate effectively,compassionately, and professionally with patients and guests,physicians, employees, and all others. Abilitytodriveanddailyavailabilityofanautomobile. Minimum Requirements: Education: Active ColoradoRegisteredNurse(RN)licensein good standing. ONS/ONCCcertificationstronglypreferred. GCPcertificationpreferred. BLScertificationrequired,ACLS preferred. Experience: Minimum2+years' experience as an oncology infusion nurse. Clinicalresearchexperiencestronglypreferred. ProficiencyinIVinfusion,vascularaccess, port care,injections,andphlebotomyrequired. Proficient withEMR/EHR platforms. Knowledge and Skills: Workingknowledgeofclinicalresearchmethodspreferred. Critical thinking withstrongattentiontodetailanddocumentationaccuracy. Demonstratedabilitytocollaborateandalignwithoperations. Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills. ExcellentcomputerskillstoincludeEMR,Office365and otherproducts. ExperienceinreviewingStandardOperatingProcedurespreferred. Strongproblemsolving,riskassessmentandimpactanalysisabilities. Demonstratedexperienceinprocessimprovement. Flexible,abletomulti-task,andprioritizecompetingdemands. Abilityto work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Abilitytothinkand workindependentlywith minimal supervision. Possessstrong clinicalnursingand patient careskills.
