Call Center Agent

Location: North Richland Hills, TX (On Site) | Type: Full Time | Compensation: $15.50 per hour + bonuses up to $2,150 additional per month Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. Honda of North Richland Hills is looking for a high-energy, phone-savvy Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by scheduling service appointments, rescheduling as needed, and following up with customers on their recent visits. Schedule: Must have flexibility to work the following days and hours: Monday - Friday, 6AM - 7PM and Saturday's from 6AM - 5PM. Core Responsibilities Respond to service inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly. Schedule and confirm service appointments, balancing customer preferences and department availability. Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and interactions. Provide clear, accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and team members to ensure a seamless service experience. Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction and share feedback with management. Basic Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous. Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS. Knowledge of automotive services, maintenance, and repair terminology is a PLUS. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
