Position Summary:

The Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) Change Enablement Analyst supports the execution of change enablement and communications activities for the EDP program under the direction of the Change Enablement Lead.
The role translates approved change management and communication strategies into actionable activities by engaging business and technical stakeholders, participating in data product discovery and design sessions, documenting change impacts, and developing change enablement and communication deliverables.
The Change Enablement Analyst will help drive organizational readiness, user adoption, and trust in newly released EDP Data Products. The role requires strong communication, writing, stakeholder engagement, coordination, and analytical skills, along with a foundational understanding of data products, data domains, dashboards, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in an evolving program environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Change Enablement Lead and Training Lead in executing change management, communication, and training plans for the EDP program.
• Participate in end-user discovery and data product design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and document change impacts by stakeholder persona.
• Translate input from discovery and design sessions into clear, persona-specific change impact summaries.
• Develop communication deliverables including emails, release notes, Microsoft Teams announcements, SharePoint announcements, newsletters, FAQs, and related materials.
• Draft and edit clear, concise, audience-appropriate messaging for leadership, business users, technical teams, and other stakeholder groups.
• Tailor communication tone, content, and format to specific audiences and communication channels.
• Coordinate and maintain change champion sessions.
• Schedule and support change champion meetings, track participation and engagement, and maintain supporting materials.
• Equip change champions with talking points, communications, and enablement materials to help cascade changes within their teams.
• Support release readiness activities for each EDP Data Product launch.
• Maintain readiness checklists and coordinate training and go-live communication activities.
• Support training coordination and other user enablement activities associated with product releases.
• Track and report adoption and engagement metrics, including survey results, training completion, and data product usage.
• Analyze adoption and engagement data across departments, personas, and data products to identify trends and recommend improvement actions.
• Create surveys and analyze platform usage data to measure change enablement effectiveness.
• Maintain and update EDP change enablement artifacts and supporting documentation.
• Maintain data product catalog content, EDP Community SharePoint pages, training materials, FAQs, and related enablement resources.
• Ensure change enablement and learning materials remain accurate, current, clear, accessible, and inclusive.
• Assist with logistics, presentations, materials, and coordination for change enablement sessions, events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Build productive relationships with business and technical stakeholders and proactively follow up on commitments.
• Facilitate small to medium-sized stakeholder discussions and present change enablement information as needed.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate risks, blockers, and issues affecting change readiness or adoption.
• Organize and track multiple concurrent activities, deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder commitments.
• Collaborate closely with the Change Enablement Team and other EDP program team members.
• Adapt to evolving program requirements, changing priorities, and an evolving data platform environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in change management, change enablement, communications, project coordination, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting change management and communications activities designed to drive technology or tool adoption.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communication, and training activities.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects, activities, or deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience creating professional communications and stakeholder-facing materials.
• Experience tracking engagement, adoption, training, survey, or other change-related metrics.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
