OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!Shipping SpecialistLocation: Tigard, ORPay: $22/hr.Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pmWho We Are:We are a professional manufacturing environment supporting the production of high-quality components, systems, and service-related products. Our facility operates within ISO-certified standards and values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.What You’ll Do:Coordinate all shipping, packaging, and receiving of components, supplies, and materialsProcess outbound and inbound shipments using an MRP systemVerify and input accurate order/shipping dataPackage products and prepare documentation for domestic and international shipmentsCommunicate with carriers and coordinate freight pickups/deliveriesMaintain accurate shipping and inventory recordsAssist with inventory/receiving tasks as neededPerform occasional driving duties for pick-up/delivery of merchandiseMaintain a clean and organized work areaCross-train in inventory and receiving functionsFollow all safety practices and proceduresWhat’s In It for You:Steady full-time work in a stable manufacturing environmentOpportunity to cross-train and grow within multiple departmentsHands-on role with variety in daily tasksTeam-oriented culture with strong support from leadershipTraining and development opportunities, including forklift certification within 90 daysWhat You Need to Have:1+ year experience in shipping/receiving or related fieldValid driver’s license and insurable driving recordExperience using MRP or inventory management systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow shipping schedulesAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shiftAbility to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlinesThe Musts:Reliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to pass forklift certification within 90 daysAbility to follow safety standards in a manufacturing environmentComfort working in a fast-paced, ISO-certified facilityPreferred:Forklift experiencePrevious manufacturing or warehouse shipping experienceFamiliarity with international shipping documentationNext Steps:Please respond with an updated resume!Call Lauren at View phone number on click.appcast.io or Alonzo at View phone number on click.appcast.io to schedule an interview! #J-18808-Ljbffr Opti Staffing
