Geriatric RN Case Manager Care & Advocacy Lead
The Sisters of Mercy of the Americas
The Sisters of Mercy of the Americas is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to support the health, wellness, and independence of Sisters living in our residence and surrounding community. This role blends nursing, case management, advocacy, education, and care coordination with the Health Office and community resources.
The ideal candidate is an RN with strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and genuine interest in supporting older adults.
