divh2Front Desk Associate/h2pBenefits: Bonus based on performance, Employee discounts/ppFull Time and Part Time/ppThe Front Desk Associate is responsible for delivering the Ultimate Service Promise by providing superior customer service to our members and guests./ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities:/h3pFront Desk Customer Service/pulliEnsures that guests and members are warmly greeted and promptly assisted/liliEnsures incoming calls are answered in a professional and efficient manner/liliEnsures proper member check-in procedures are followed/liliResponds effectively to member questions, requests and concerns and escalates to management immediately if unable to resolve/liliMaintains the Maintenance Log, Fitness profiles, telephone inquiries and group fitness reservations/liliImmediately reports or escalates to management any unsafe conditions or emergency situations/li/ulpClub Operations and Administration/pulliKeeps front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times/liliMonitors retail goals and ensures club is on track to meet and exceed assigned goals/liliCalls all past due members regarding late dues and down payments/liliPartners with the maintenance and janitorial staff to immediately address any maintenance or cleanliness issues around the club/li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3pKnowledge, skills abilities:/pulliMust be energetic and possess a very friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude/liliPossess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette/liliPossess a strong customer service focus, diplomacy and professionalism/liliUnderstands and follows oral and written instructions./liliAble to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail/li/ulpMinimum certifications/educational level:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED required/liliCurrent CPR/AED certification/li/ulpCompensation: $12.00 per hour/ppTrain Different, Live Different, Work Different.
