Thrive in a hybrid work environment with growth opportunities.Job DescriptionOverviewSupport loan closing and operations processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless loan transactions.Contribute to the optimization of loan investment operations and workflows.Monitor and resolve discrepancies in trade economics and funding amounts.Assist in the reconciliation of transactions and ensure data accuracy.Engage with legal counsel to review and process trade documentation.Support compliance monitoring and operational controls within the investment process.Contribute to the development of best practices in loan operations.Key Responsibilities & DutiesCoordinate loan closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.Manage trade settlements and interact with third-party agents for efficient operations.Resolve discrepancies related to fees, funding amounts, and trade economics.Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize trade agreements.Maintain accurate security reference data and documentation for transactions.Assist in fund transfers and document verification for settlements.Support accounting teams with reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.Contribute to compliance monitoring and operational control enhancements.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services, preferably in loan operations.Proficiency in handling syndicated and private loans, trade claims, and derivatives.Familiarity with loan documentation, including agreements and confirmations.Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience with trade settlement platforms such as Aladdin or Bloomberg is preferred.Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
