Dental Assistant

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Assistant to join our public health dental team in the Lehigh Valley, PA area. This full-time role offers flexible hours Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and competitive hourly compensation ranging from $18.53 to $27.70. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving the community and providing quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to support both clinical and administrative duties effectively. Responsibilities Assist providers with preventative, hygiene, restorative, extraction, and minimal endodontic procedures, including periodontal screening and recording Support digital workflows such as scanning, printing, and milling when needed Take X-rays, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain organized, stocked operatories Support patient scheduling, phone handling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and front desk duties as needed Maintain efficient patient flow and provide patient education Contribute to a fully cross-trained, all-hands-on-deck team culture Required Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of dental assisting experience, preferably in public health Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification Company Description Dentex Strategies is a dental recruitment partner committed to more than just placements.
