Registered NurseProfession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an inpatient or rehabilitation setting License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or inpatient settingDescription: State-of-the-art 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced a loss of function due to injury or illness. Offers intensive, patient-focused, specialized rehabilitation services. Provides customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Strives to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Patient population includes spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, individuals aged 18 and older, amputations, isolation patients, trach patients, and those requiring wound care. Patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5. All private patient rooms are available. 12-day average patient stay. Closed-toed shoes and short nails (no acrylic) are required. Scrub color for RN is navy blue, but this is not mandatory. Time to report is 7:30 AM. Ask for supervisor upon arrival.
