Impactful RBT | One-on-One Autism Support Specialist
Step Forward ABA
Step Forward ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children using ABA techniques in home-based settings. The role focuses on promoting independence, social skills, and personal growth under supervision of behavior analysts. The ideal candidate will have an RBT certification (or be willing to complete it within 30 days), a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation.
