This role focuses on delivering high-quality, family-centered care to children in the comfort and safety of their own homes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to pediatric patients under the supervision of an RN or physicianAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to careAssist with medical equipment and ensure safe usage in the homeFollow individualized care plans and report changes in patient statusEducate families on daily care routines, medications, and safety practicesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record systemsCreate a supportive, calm, and nurturing environment for pediatric patientsAdhere to all state regulations, agency policies, and healthcare standardsQualificationsActive LPN license in the state of Georgia, requiredAt least one year of pediatric or home health experience preferredStrong clinical and observational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with children, families, and care teamsCurrent CPR certification requiredExperience in home health or private duty nursing is a plusComfortable using electronic documentation systemsWhy Join UsThis role allows you to make a meaningful impact by providing one-on-one care to pediatric patients while building strong relationships with families.
