We are seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to support sourcing, quoting, procurement, inventory management, and customer support for natural gas compression, power generation, and oil & gas equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify parts for Ariel, Caterpillar, Waukesha, and other OEM equipment
• Prepare customer quotes and manage pricing
• Process orders, purchase orders, and track shipments
• Support inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and field service teams
• Research obsolete or hard-to-find components and identify alternatives
  

✅ Qualifications

• 3+ years of parts sourcing, purchasing, inventory, or technical parts experience
• Background in oil & gas, natural gas compression, power generation, or industrial equipment
• Knowledge of Ariel, Caterpillar, Waukesha, or similar equipment preferred
• Strong computer, Excel, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to interpret part numbers, specifications, and technical documentation
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
  

Preferred

• Experience with Ariel compressor parts, Caterpillar engines, or Waukesha equipment
• ERP experience (Visual Manufacturing, SAP, Ariba, OpenInvoice)
• Inventory, warehouse, or field service support experience.
