Overview IAT Level 1 Job Title: System Administrator 2 - Tier 2 Remote Desktop Team Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local Responsibilities Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure Able to work shifts Wed-Sun 2pm-10pm Qualifications Required TS/SCI with Poly Excellent systems hardware knowledge Remote Assistance Remote Desktop DoD 8570 IA Type IAT Level 1 DoD 8570 CE Certification Requirements CompTIA A+ CE CompTIA Network+ CE Desired Self-starter Able to work both independently and in a team-based environment Customer oriented and dedicated to mission accomplishment What You Can Expect A culture of integrity. Pay Range There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
