Overview Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele in a long-term care setting located in Clarkston, WA. This travel, temporary assignment starts 09/21/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,257–$2,386 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Start date: 09/21/2026 Work setting: Long-term care (LTC)- Nursing Home Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to adult residents on Med Surg Tele within a long-term care setting Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; administer medications and treatments; monitor patient status Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; document care in the charting system; communicate changes to physicians and family as appropriate Respond quickly to changes in patient condition; perform required procedures and support patient safety and infection control Support patient flow, admissions, and discharges as needed; assist with care planning and patient education May float to other units or departments as needed to meet patient care needs Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington or an active multi-state license American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or educational equivalent Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) Ability to float if needed to meet assignment requirements Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the engagement Credentialing and onboarding coordination Guaranteed hours for the duration of the assignment Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
