A rapidly growing commercial landscape contractor is seeking a Landscape Sales AND/OR Landscape Estimator person with strong plant identification experience to drive new business growth across commercial landscape installation and enhancement projects.

This is a true hunter role designed for a high-performing sales professional who knows the landscape industry, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on winning business. The ideal candidate can identify opportunities, meet with prospects, develop accurate project estimates, and close profitable deals. This is not an order-taking position-the focus is on generating revenue, expanding market share, and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development with commercial and residential clients.
• Meet with prospective customers, evaluate project sites, identify client needs, and develop winning solutions for landscape installation and enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful landscape sales, business development, or estimating experience within the landscape industry.
• Demonstrated success selling landscape installation, enhancements, hardscapes, irrigation, drainage, lighting, or related outdoor construction services.
• Strong understanding of estimating, production costs, plant materials, and project profitability.
• Experience with CRM and estimating platforms such as LMN, Aspire, or similar software, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Location:

Oak Ridge, NC - Hybrid (in office for weekly meetings - then visiting client/potential clients) - create your schedule

**Relocation Assistance Available if needed **

Hours of Operations: Monday -Friday, 9-5 and 8-4 Weekends as needed. Maybe Saturdays during peak season

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
