Qualifications:

• Active California LVN license required
• Prior school-based nursing experience preferred
• Pediatric nursing experience, especially with vents, trachs, g-tubes
• Comfort with riding the bus alongside your student daily

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 care to a high school-aged student with complex medical needs
• Monitor and support medical devices and daily health requirements
• Communicate closely with school teams, student’s family, and healthcare providers
• Ensure safety and well-being during school hours and bus transit
