About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Regional Partnerships to play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of the civic and operational infrastructure that supports its regional economic growth mission. This senior leadership position is focused on partner stewardship and regional engagement, collaborative infrastructure, and collaborative resource development. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Partnership's working relationships with subregional economic and workforce development organizations and civic institutions, as well as for the effective functioning of the regional operating infrastructure. This includes managing the Partnership's pursuit of federal, state, and philanthropic funding, overseeing the implementation of regional strategy, and communicating progress and impact to various stakeholders. The role demands a field-facing, relationship-intensive approach, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex multi-partner initiatives and established relationships across civic and governmental institutions. Applicants for the Vice President of Regional Partnerships position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10-15 years' of relevant experience. A strong background in public affairs, civic engagement, economic development, or a related field is essential, as is a demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships across a multi-jurisdictional landscape. The role requires excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related tools. Preferred qualifications include established relationships in the region, knowledge of the local civic, political, and economic landscape, and experience in economic or workforce development. The position is hybrid, with a minimum of two in-office days per week, and travel throughout the Greater Philadelphia region is expected.
